We suggest that you start with one sachet, wait 20-30 minutes, and see how you feel before proceeding to a second sachet. If you find that taking two sachets works for you, then as long as you do not exceed the 70mg recommended by the FSA, then there is no reason you need to wait between drinks.

Not enough studies have been conducted to advise if CBD is safe if pregnant or breastfeeding, therefore we advise you not to take them.
